Promotion Terms

Omni API may provide promotional credits, referral rewards, coupons, campaign pricing, or limited-time trial access.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to accounts and regions explicitly shown in the campaign details. We may decline, revoke, or adjust promotional benefits when an account violates platform policies, payment rules, or anti-abuse limits.

Credits and Usage

Promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire according to the campaign terms. Credits can be used for supported Omni API model tasks unless a promotion states otherwise.

Abuse Prevention

Users may not create duplicate accounts, automate signups, resell promotional credits, or attempt to bypass rate limits or eligibility checks. Abusive activity may lead to credit removal or account suspension.

Changes

Omni API may update, pause, or end a promotion when required for abuse prevention, cost control, provider availability, or legal compliance.
